Police are appealing for information to identify 12 football fans wanted for questioning in connection with disorder at the League One play-off final between Millwall and Barnsley on Sunday, May 29.
Criminal damage was caused to seating at Wembley Stadium.
The debris was then used by fans as missiles.
The suspects are a mixture of supporters from both teams.
Anyone with information should call the Metropolitan Police Public Order Branch by dialing 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting the relevant reference number.
