A Forest Hill Wetherspoon pub is shutting down.
The Capitol in London Road is one of 33 JD Wetherspoon pubs recently put on the market by the chain.
A further 12 pubs were put up for sale last year, bringing the total to 45.
The Capitol is in a converted 1920s art deco cinema and has a 3.5 star rating on Tripadvisor.
Other London pubs up for sale are the The Railway in Putney, The White Lion of Mortimer in Mitcham, The Oyster Rooms in Fulham, The Plough and Harrow in Hammermith, The Lord Denman in Dagenham, The Glass Works in Islington and The Tally Ho in North Finchley.
JD Wetherspoon own 1000 pubs across the UK and have recently sold properties to groups such as Amber Taverns, Brewhouse & Kitchen, Hawthorn Leisure, Stonegate and Urban Pubs & Bars.
