Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a serious crash on the A2 at Bean has left a man with life-threatening injuries.
Kent Police received a report of a collision at 1pm on May 23 on the A2 London-bound slip road for Bean, Darenth.
A white Vauxhall Astra van crashed with a grey Toyota Avensis which had been in stationary traffic on the slip road. The Toyota then collided with a vehicle in front of it, a red Fiat 500.
The driver of the Astra, a man aged in his 60s, was taken to a London hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The two occupants of the Toyota were taken to a local hospital with injuries believed to be minor.
The driver of the Fiat was not injured.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating.
