A 27-year-old man from Dartford has been charged over an alleged hit-and-run at New Ash Green in which a 56-year-old man died.
Martin Ginnelly was killed when his blue Ford Ka hit a green Ford Explorer in Ash Road at the junction with North Ash Road just after midnight on November 28 last year.

Paying tribute, friends described Mr Ginnelly as a "gentle giant" and a "legend".
Ross Bryant, of James Road, was charged on Thursday with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving – while uninsured and unlicensed.
He is also charged with failing to stop at the scene of a collision and failing to report a collision to police.

He will appear before Dartford Magistrates Court on April 28.
Bryant was arrested on November 29 along with two teenage boys. The two boys have since been released without charge.
