A 13-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to arson after he torched a bus near Lewisham station.
Video footage showed the top deck of the 208 bus engulfed in flames as the fire ripped through the vehicle in Loampit Vale on Friday.
The bus was evacuated and fortunately no-one was injured in the blaze.
The teenager from Bromley, who is too young to be named, pleaded guilty at youth court accused of arson with intent to endanger life.
He was arrested yesterday, March 30, after police published CCTV images from the bus cameras over the weekend.
The youngster was remanded in custody for sentencing next month.
