Whether it’s an egg hunt or something a little different, there’s plenty to see and do to keep the whole family entertained this Easter weekend.

Easter Fair at Horniman Museum, Forest Hill, from 10.30am to 4.30pm on March 26 to 27

Visitors can hop around the gardens with the Horniman Bunny, go on an Easter Egg trail, take part in craft activities, discover what’s in our arts and crafts market, as well as enjoy food, drink, and more at the free event.

Lindt’s Gold Bunny Warren at Bluewater until Monday, March 28

Swiss chocolatier Lindt is sending its Gold Bunny Warren to Bluewater for Easter. Children can enjoy counting the gold bunny figures, crawl through the grass-covered warren and tuck into a chocolate treat in the centre’s Lower Guildhall. On Good Friday (March 25) and Saturday, March 26, visitors can meet the Lindt Master Chocolatier, who will be demonstrating his craft while giving the people to sample the company’s Easter range.

Chick and the Egg Easter Hunt at Chartwell, Westerham, 11am to 4pm from Friday, March 25, to Sunday, April 10

Spongebob Squarepants at Intu Bromley on Friday, March 25, and April 7 to 10

Kids can dive into the underwater world of Bikini Bottom at the Bromley shopping centre when Spongebob Squarepants hosts his Laughter Party. He will holding fun and games such as the Giggle Groove silent disco, Snail Slalom racing and Laughter Limbo. It’s free, no booking is required (although you need to book at intu.co.uk/spongebob to meet him) and is especially suitable for pre-school and early years.

Crafty Fun at Lewisham Shopping Centre, 11am to 5pm from Thursday, March 24, to Saturday, March 26, and Monday, March 28.

Families can get creative in the centre’s central square with free Easter themed arts and crafts workshops, making hanging decorations, sequin eggs, animal masks and more. There is also the chance to win £100 worth of arts and crafts to take home.
