A slice of parrot-dise came to Brockley after a majestic multi-coloured bird was spotted at the station.
Dorian the blue and yellow macaw was snapped with his human companion at Brockley station, off Coulgate Street, this morning (February 25).
The technicolour beast took professional violinist, Harriet Mackenzie, by surprise as she dashed to catch her train.
Brockley resident Ms Mackenzie told News Shopper: “It certainly brightened my morning.
MORE TOP STORIES “I was totally surprised to see the gentleman walking into the station with the Macaw perched on his finger.”
She added Dorian and his pal were more than happy to oblige when asked for a photo.
Often at Brockley station, she said she has never come across such an exotic creature there before.
She added: “I haven't seen them at the station before though I do often see parakeets.”
It is a mystery where Dorian and his mate were headed.
