A man has been arrested on suspicon of sexual assault after allegedly approaching women, who were unknown to him, and trying to kiss them.

Kent Police launched an appeal to find the suspect after three reports of a man approaching women in Horton Kirby and asking if they had a boyfriend, between January 19 and 21.

During two of these incidents, it is alleged that the man attempted to kiss the victim.

A 60-year-old man, from Dartford, was arrested yesterday (February 10) on suspicion of two counts of sexual assault.

He has been bailed until April 14, pending further enquiries.
