Sections of the A2 will be closed for the next four weeks, as road repairs begin imminently.

Motorists travelling between Bean and Ebbsfleet need to be aware of the new overnight works starting February 15.

Sections of the coastbound A2 will be resurfaced as the existing road has reached the end of its life, according to Highways England.

The repairs will involve four weeks of overnight carriageway or slip road closures.
