A Beckenham man has been fined £225 for playing loud music at his home after Bromley Council brought a case against him for the third time.
Warren Day, of Perth Road, was found guilty of three counts of breaching a noise abatement notice, at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (January 19).
The authority first served a notice on Day instructing him to cease pumping loud music in December 2011.
But he broke the order by blasting music through amplified speakers on December 4, 2014 and January 14 and January 16, last year.
The council obtained recordings of Day playing music until the early hours of the morning, which were used as evidence in court.
He was fined £225 and ordered to pay £500 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
