A crash in the Blackwall Tunnel is causing congestion.
One lane of the Blackwall Tunnel is currently closed after a crash which is causing mounting traffic.
The southbound lane has been closed and recovery has begun in the tunnel.
Queues are beginning to build on the A12, and traffic is expected to be affected on the Greenwich side also.
