Two teenage boys and a man have been arrested, after a 56-year-old died in a crash in New Ash Green on Saturday (November 28).

The smash involved two Ford cars and happened just after midnight, at the junction of Ash Road and North Ash Road.

The driver of a blue KA - a man, named locally as Martin, who who lived nearby, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three suspects aged 16, 17 and 26, all from Dartford and Swanley, were arrested the next day for causing death by dangerous driving.

It followed a Kent Police appeal to find three men driving a green Ford Explorer who allegedly fled from the crash.

All three have been bailed until January 8, pending further enquiries by Kent Police.

Kent Police are still keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision.
