The Government has pledged £310 million to Ebbsfleet Garden City - the UK's first new garden city in nearly 100 years.

The money will be used for some of the infrastructure to support the new garden city, planned to deliver 15,000 homes, three secondary schools and seven primary schools on land across Swanscombe, Northfleet and around Ebbsfleet International Station.
