A team of chefs at a Bromley hotel have cooked up a Christmas pudding big enough to feed 2,500 people.
The boozy bake contains "an awful lots of brandy and Guinness", according to Bromley Court Hotel's head chef Steve Clark.
They combined 504 eggs, 113 kilos of fruit, nine kilos of flour, eight kilos of treacle and 5.4 kilos of mixed spice to create the supersize pud.

Mr Clark said: "The hotel has always had a tradition of making its own Christmas puddings rather than buying them in and the recipe has been handed down over the years from one head chef to another."
