A second man has been charged followed the death of a 17-year-old in Brockley.

Tershan Thompson-Williams, 21, will appear later today (October 9) at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.

Thompson-Williams, from Seagar Place, Lewisham, is charged with violent disorder.

He was rearrested on Wednesday (October 7) on suspicion of violent disorder and suspicion of an offensive weapon.

MORE TOP STORIES He was originally arrested on Sunday (September 27) and had been released on bail.

Three other men aged 20, 21 and 23 were also arrested the day after the attack.

On Tuesday (September 29) two more men aged 19 and 22 were arrested.

The 19-year-old has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

The 22-year-old, Remi Moore from Walthamstow, is to appear before Woolwich Crown Court next Friday (October 16) charged with violent disorder.

They have all been arrested in connection with the death of Nassem Galleze.

The teenager died on Saturday (September 26) when a lump of concrete was thrown at the car he was travelling in.

It is believed the Vauxhall corsa came under attack while leaving the Turnham estate.

It crashed into a lamppost on St Norbert Road after its windshield was smashed as it fled at speed.

The gang dispersed.

The student, from Roundtable Road in Grove Park, was taken to hospital where he later died from multiple injuries.

Two other occupants suffered minor injuries.
