A Greenwich man has been remanded in custody until November after being charged with murder.

Christopher Erunse, 27, was charged with murder, attempted murder and possession of a firearm after a man was shot dead.

Moses Fadario, 25, was fatally shot in the chest along a busy high street in Hackney on Saturday (September 26).

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A post-mortem gave the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.

MORE TOP STORIES Erunse, from the Royal Borough, was found and arrested in Birmingham last Tuesday (September 29).

He appeared at the Old Bailey earlier today (October 5) and has been remanded in custody until December 21.

A 23-year-old man, arrested the day after the shooting has been bailed until December.

Another man, 25, was arrested the day of the attack on suspicion of murder and was released with no further action being taken on that particular charge.

He was re-arrested on suspicion of an offensive weapon and has since been bailed.
