DJ Neil Fox, who is accused of sexually assaulting two girls in Bromley 24 years ago, has appeared in court today charged with six more sex offences.

The 54-year-old Magic presenter, known as Dr Fox, had previously denied nine sex offences against six women spanning more than two decades.

The women were aged between 14 and 36 at the time of the alleged offences, which are said to have taken place between 1991 and 2014.

Dressed in a blue suit, white shirt and striped tie, he pleaded not guilty to six additional counts of indecent assault, relating to three different girls under-16 in 1987 and 1988, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (October 2).

At a previous hearing the prosecution said the allegations against Fox show a "consistent and determined pattern of sexual predatory behaviour".

Fox is accused of assaulting two girls at a Bromley motor show in summer 1991 and other offences at Capital Radio’s studios in London’s Leicester Square, Magic FM’s premises in Winsley Street in central London and Chessington World of Adventures.

He is due to stand trial on the original charges at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on November 5.

A hearing on October 6 will determine where the trial for the new alleged offences, said to have occurred in Euston, will take place.

Fox, from Fulham, south west London was released on bail on condition he does not contact any of the complainants.
