With today marking three months to go until the big day, kids will be starting to think hard about what to include on their Christmas lists to Father Christmas this year.

Polling of parents and children aged 14 and under on behalf of retailer Argos has uncovered what the most hotly anticipated toys for 2015 are.

The selection is dominated by characters from the big and small screen, including Frozen, Thunderbirds and Minions.

Toys linked to the new Star Wars movie that’s due out just before Christmas are also expected to be big sellers this year.

Here are 14 toys that Argos expects to be flying off the shelves – or at least flying out of its stockrooms that no-one ever sees.
