Residents have taken to social media to questions if the killer seagull that lurks in Plumstead has returned.

Shocked residents of Plumstead were horrified back in June this year when there were claimed sightings of a ‘feral’ killer seagull spotted ‘munching’ through pigeons.

There were claims the winged creature ate up to four a day, but others put the number as high as 10.

On Monday (September 14) there were fears the bloodthirsty beast had returned.

Philip Windeatt posted: “I saw him tucking into a pigeon in Majendie Road.

“Aggressive eating style as well.”

Perhaps well fed, Garfaith Pang, who posted the picture captioned ‘killer seagull on the prowl’, added he was “strutting around like Mick Jagger.”
