Motorists are being warned of knock on queues near the Blackwall Tunnel after one lane was closed earlier to remove a broken down vehicle.
The vehicle war removed around 20 minutes ago but residual queues are expected.
One lane was blocked at the Northern Approach with the junction of Brunswick Road.
