A Northfleet man has been found guilty of assaulting a police officer, whilst in possession of two knives.
Steven Robert Plumb, 49, was found with two kitchen knives in Waterdales, which is where he lives, on September 22 last year.
He also assaulted a police officer on the road.
Plumb denied two counts of possession and one count of assault, but was found guilty at Dartford and Gravesham Magistrates Court on Friday (July 30).

Magistrates sentenced Plumb to 84 days in prison, suspended for 24 months.
He must also pay £50 compensation, £700 costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
