Fire fighters were called to an 'out of control bonfire' in Northfleet yesterday (Aug 3).
A concerned neighbour rang Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) about the blaze on The Crescent, which could be seen from several streets away.
Fire fighters arrived at 6.45pm and the fire was out by 7.05pm - without it spreading to any sheds or houses.
A KFRS spokeswoman said: "Somebody was burning some refuge in a garden, and it was a neighbour calling.
"There was no damage to any property."
