Shocking footage has appeared online of a motorist eating cereal and using her mobile phone behind the wheel in Anerley.
The woman driving a cream-coloured Mini was filmed tucking into her breakfast and tapping away on her phone by a motorcyclist at a red light in Anerley Road.
She was caught on camera by the charity worker, 28, who commutes to work from Bromley and films his journeys with a helmet camera.
The man, who did not wish to be named, told MailOnline: “I just spotted it out of the corner of my eye and shuffled back to see what was happening because I didn't believe it.
'It really shocked me - but I've seen a lot of strange things in London. I've seen a lot more people using their phones in the last few months, it's getting worse.”
The footage was posted to YouTube under the name of KIZUKO1987.
The motorcyclist did not report the incident to police as he was doubtful it would be properly investigated.
He said: “I once tried reporting something like this but it was a waste of time.
“It was just a box-ticking exercise for them.”

Met Police confirmed they had not received any complaints about the incident.
In the video, the cyclist is heard shouting to the woman: “Put that down! You’re on camera – you’re going to the police. I’ve got your number.
“Absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous – you’re a bloody danger!”
