A 17-year-old boy was arrested after an assault on two people in Gravesend on Saturday night (July 25).
Emergency services were called to reports of a disturbance - in which a man in his 50s and a woman in her 40s had been injured - near the BP garage on Milton Road at 11.15pm.
South East Coast Ambulance Service took the woman, who was suffering from head injuries, to Darent Valley Hospital.
The male victim was also treated for cuts to his arm.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Officers attended and arrested a 17-year-old boy from Gravesend on suspicion of assault causing actual bodily harm.
"The boy has been released on bail until September 10 while further enquiries are carried out."
