Police are searching for two people, after a pensioner allegedly had her handbag stolen in Gravesend.
Kent Police released CCTV images of a man and a woman, who are thought to be connected to the theft.
It was reported that a woman in her 70s had her bag taken in Thamesgate Shopping Centre just before 3pm on Saturday, June 27.
The victim said a man, aged 50 to 60 with a foreign accent, spoke to her while she was shopping.
It was not until she got to the till she noticed her handbag was gone.
It is thought that a man distracted the victim whilst a woman stole her handbag.
Investigating Officer PC Reggie Dix said: "It appears that this couple have targeted the victim, distracting her before stealing her belongings.
"We are keen to identify the people in the CCTV as I think they will have information that could prove important to our investigation."
Officers would like to speak to both the man and woman pictured in the CCTV from the shop.
