A police officer was taken to hospital after his motorbike crashed in Bromley.
The marked police motorcycle crashed with a car along Bromley Hill, near its junction with London Lane.
The male police officer was taken to hospital with suspected back and wrist injuries.
They are not believed to be serious, and no other injuries were reported.
MORE TOP STORIES A spokesman for the Met Police confirmed the officer was not on an emergency call.
The smash happened just before 8.30am this morning (July 7), and road closures in place following the incident have been lifted.
