Two Kent men have been jailed for stealing DVDs and other items.
Scott Edward Brooker, from Bronte View in Gravesend, stole DVDs and groceries worth £72.49 from a supermarket in Thames Way on March 14.
He was sentenced to 14 days in prison last Monday (June 22) at Medway Magistrates Court.
Brooker must also pay £85 court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
George Michael Castle, from London Road in Greenhithe, was jailed for 30 days last Tuesday (June 23) - after stealing a game controller worth £59.99 and DVDs worth £119.98 earlier the same day.
He pleaded guilty to four counts of shoplifting and was sentenced at Mid Kent Magistrates' Combined Court.
He had stolen DVDs worth an unknown amount on June 11 - all three thefts were from shops in Royal Victoria Place, Tunbridge Wells.
Castle also stole DVDs worth an unknown amount from a shop in Chelmsford, Essex, on December 5, last year.
He must pay £409 compensation and £180 criminal court costs.
