A creative hub for start-up businesses is being set-up in New Cross.
Goldsmiths University has teamed up with pioneering firm Meanwhile Space to establish the creative hub in New Cross road.
The project will see affordable work, living, retail and communal spaces created in and above current shop fronts.
Goldsmiths Warden Patrick Loughrey said: "Goldsmiths is deeply rooted in New Cross, a vibrant area, already known for its creative spirit.
"We're very excited to launch our New Cross Road Project with Meanwhile Space and offer a new destination for creativity."
An exhibition is being held at 310 New Cross Road from June 16 until June 19 to further explain the plans.
Project Designers Ecos Maclean are also offering interested parties a chance to have a direct input into the design process by holding an informal co-design session from 12pm until 4pm on June 16.
Building work will begin on June 15.
