Police are appealing for the public's help to trace a missing woman with links to Eltham and Lewisham.
Anna Mitchell, 31, went missing from Epsom General Hospital on June 1 and Surrey Police officers are concerned for her welfare and the fact she requires medication not believed to be with her.
She is described as white, around 5ft 6, of slim build with dark brown hair.
At the time she went missing she was wearing a black coat, black trousers, a blue and white top and carrying a pink bag.
Ms Mitchell has links to Lewisham, Eltham, Westminster and south London.
