West Wickham was buzzing with questions after a swarm of wasps invaded.
It is unclear whether the winged insects are wasps or bees, after part of a bee hive made a bee-line for West Wickham High Street last month.
Yesterday (May 28) the swarm took up residency in Croft Avenue, just round the corner from the initial sighting in April.
One resident, who did not want to be named, said: “Yet another crazy wasp gathering in West Wickham.
"Just around the corner from the last swarm attack.”
Others took to social media to remark about the close encounter.

News Shopper contacted bee keeper John Large, of Oxleas Wood, after the first sighting who said that late April and early May was the time for ‘swarming’, as part of the hive leave the current site to reproduce.
