A seven-year-old boy suffered a head injury when he was hit by a car in Hayes on Sunday morning (April 19).
Emergency crews were called to Hayes Lane at around 9.50am to reports of a crash between a car and a pedestrian.
Paramedics treated the boy for a head injury and took him as a priority by road to the Royal London Hospital accompanied by a doctor from London’s Air Ambulance.
Met Police told News Shopper the boy’s injuries were not life threatening or life changing.
A London Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We sent an ambulance crew, a duty officer and London’s Air Ambulance to the scene.
“We arrived with six minutes.”
Nearby roads were closed and buses diverted until around 12.45pm.
No arrests have been made.
