A Belvedere boy has been given the dream offer of a two year contract with Chelsea Football Club.
Joshua Pescatore, 8, of Orchard Avenue, impressed during a trial period at the south west London club, after he was noticed by the clubs scouts at a summer tournament last year.
Mother Emma Pescatore, said: "He's been playing since he was 18 months old - we used to take him to toddlers soccer and now he's at Chelsea.
"We're all so proud of him."
Since joining their academy, Joshua, who attends Bedonwell Junior School, has had a chance to meet some of the first team in person, including captain John Terry.
Meanwhile Diego Costa has signed his boots.
A Man United fan from birth thanks to the influence of his father, Josh is now looking forward to what will be hopefully be a long and successful career with their blue rivals from the capital.
