PENCILS, pasta and pennies helped pupils celebrate a special day at school.
Classes at Pickhurst Infants marked their 100th day at the school by learning more about the number 100.
A 100 gallery' was set up where the pictures made of the everyday items were displayed.
The day's theme was also carried through into music, dance, stories, games, science and maths.
Pupils at the school in Pickhurst Lane, West Wickham, had been counting down to the event since their first day in September last year.
It was organised to teach them how numbers can be fun.
Headteacher Leonie Osborne said: "The children thoroughly enjoyed it.
"The work they did was immense, like finding out what happened 100 years ago."
