SIXTY-EIGHT members attended the February meeting in the education centre at Princess Royal University Hospital.
Mrs Jane Tompkins, manager of the Patient Advice and Liaison Service working for Bromley Primary Care Trust, was the guest speaker.
The aim of the service is to make the NHS more user-friendly for patients, relatives and carers.
It also aims to provide information, help sort out problems quickly and listen to concerns, suggestions or queries.
