The Air Ambulance took a cyclist in her 20s to hospital with a serious head injury after she crashed into a Greenwich Park runner.
Emergency services were called to the park at around 10.30am on March 28 after a smash during the Tough Run event.
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) confirmed they sent three ambulances to the scene as well as the helicopter.
A spokesman for the LAS said: "We treated a woman reported to be in her 20s for a serious head and shoulder injury.
"She was taken to the Royal London Hospital as a priority by the Air Ambulance."
