A lazy pigeon was seen boarding a train at London Bridge station and travelled all the way to Lewisham.
Undeterred by the recent commuter chaos at London Bridge, the cheeky critter hid itself in the baggage space, possibly to avoid ticket inspectors.
@true_diligence, who spotted the bird on the train yesterday, tweeted Southeastern: "Are you going to give this fare evader pigeon a penalty notice?"
@Se-Railway, the Southeastern parody account tweeted: "I believe it was too lazy to fly to Lewisham, unacceptable behaviour though."
Unconfirmed reports have suggested this is the same pigeon that boarded a train to do some Christmas shopping at Bluewater in October last year.
It could be this pigeon is a fan of the UK grime scene, and was travelling to Lewisham Macdeez to pay homage to Lewisham rapper Novelist.
