A crash between a moped and a car is causing delays in Lee and Lewisham this morning (March 18).
Lee High Road was blocked for around half an hour following the incident which happened at around 7.05am, when a moped and a car crahsed into each other.
The road was reopened shortly before 8am but the incident led to queuing traffic this morning.
The moped rider was taken to Lewisham Hospital with minor injuries.
There is particular congestion around the A20 Sidcup Road to A205 Westhorne Avenue (Clifton's Roundabout) and on A20 Loampit Vale to A2211 Lewisham Road / A21 Molesworth Street (Loampit Vale).
The roadworks in Lewisham are adding to delays.
A Met spokesman said: "We were called at around 07.05am to a collision between a car and a moped.
"There were no arrests."
