An elderly man and woman have been hospitalised after a gas explosion at a bungalow in New Eltham.
Emergency services were called to Telford Road at around 10pm on Wednesday (February 25) following the blast, which shattered the windows and caused severe damage.
Paramedics treated the man for burns to his hand and the woman for head injuries.
They were taken to major trauma centre, King's College Hospital.
An ambulance crew, duty officer and the Hazardous Area Response Team attended.
