Three men from Catford, Greenwich and Lewisham have been charged with an Asda armed robbery which saw one staff member hit on the head and another tied up.
Police were called to the Clapton supermarket in February last year after reports of a robbery where a large amount of cash had been stolen.
Following the incident, two people needed treatment for shock while another was taken to hospital with head injuries.
Fabian Campbell, 26, of Slagrove Place, Lewisham, Parminder Bharij, 30, of Woolwich Road, Greenwich, and Hassan Husseyin, 25, of Southend Lane, Catford, appeared at the Old Bailey yesterday (February 18).
They were each charged with robbery and possession of an imitation handgun with intent to commit robbery.
Campbell was remanded in custody while Bharij and Husseyin were released on conditional bail.
They are due to appear again on April 27.
