A Bexleyheath mum has described her 'worst nightmare' after her son's car was run off the road during a Valentine's Day trip with his girlfriend.
Harry Rosewood, 18, of Martens Avenue, was driving his girlfriend Tara Delany, also 18, to visit her aunt on the Kent coast on February 14 when a 4x4-type car pulled up behind him on the A2.
Mr Rosewood's mum Emma Lipscombe said: "Harry was driving in the slow lane when this man pulled up behind him.
"Harry thought he was going to overtake him so slowed down but he also slowed down and then went into him.
"When that happened Harry's car flipped over four times."

The driver of the 4x4 is then alleged to have driven off - leaving the young couple suffering from shock and whiplash.
Ms Lipscombe, 38, added: "It's every mum's worst nightmare hearing that your son has flipped his car.
"I don't know how they've come out of it as well as they have, they have been very lucky."
Mr Rosewood is now left traumatised by the crash and disappointed his first car, a Vauxhall Corsa, has been written off.

Ms Lipscombe said: "He saved up every penny for that car and paid out £2,000 for the first year's insurance.
"He is responsible but you always get some nutters on the road.
"The other driver didn't even stop, he must have seen it so why the hell wouldn't you stop?"
Kent Police said that they received a report of a single-vehicle collision at 5.41pm on February 14.
A spokesman said: “One lane of traffic was closed in order to recover the Vauxhall Corsa.
“Two people were taken to hospital as a precaution.
“The lane was open again by 6.18pm.”
