There is still time to have your say on plans for a multi-sports centre at Sutcliffe Park.

So far, 200 people have responded to a Greenwich Council consultation on the proposals, which would see a sports centre built next to the existing outdoor athletics track.

It would be fitted out with new indoor athletics facilities, a community café, public toilets and classrooms.

Other facilities under consideration include indoor cricket, climbing, bouldering, high, BMX and skateboarding as well as high ropes.

The plans were given outline planning consent last year, despite concerns from the Friends of Sutcliffe Park over loss of park space, ecological impact and increased traffic.

Greenwich Council said concerns raised during the consultation so far include whether the entrance should be moved to Eltham Road instead of Kidbrooke Park Road, along with the amount of parking space.
