Air Ambulance taking off from East Greenwich
A woman has been injured in a two-car crash on the A102 by the Woolwich Flyover.
London Air Ambulance and ambulance crews were called earlier this morning.
The woman was taken to a major trauma centre by ambulance in a stable condition.
The A102 junction with the Woolwich Road Flyover has been reduced to one lane following the accident and there are queues back to the Westhorn Avenue Flyover.
