A fourth man has been charged after an elderly couple were tied up at their Petts Wood home and robbed.

Kyio Scarlett-Hudson, from Willesden, north London, was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery on Tuesday (February 10).

The 20-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.

Junior Miller, aged 36, and Reece Williams, aged 23, also of north London, were previously charged with committing burglary with violence.

Miller was also charged with two counts of false imprisonment, possession of a firearm and possession of a class B drug.

Williams was also charged with cultivating cannabis, possession of class A and class B drugs and two counts of possessing another person’s identity documents.

Zahid Sait, aged 42, from Hertfordshire, was previously charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

Miller, Williams and Sait will next appear in custody awaiting trial at Croydon Crown Court at a date to be arranged.

On June 9 last year, police were called to an aggravated burglary at a house in Chislehurst Road.

In an early morning raid a 69-year-old man was repeatedly punched in the face when he opened his front door before he and his wife, 67, were tied up and further assaulted.

They were taken to a south London hospital suffering from a number of injuries and shock.

The suspects reportedly fled by car with a quantity of cash and items of jewellery.
