A man was taken to hospital after reportedly collapsing on a Bromley South train.
An ambulance was called to the station and took a man in his fifties to the Princess Royal University Hospital in Orpington.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 8.24am to Bromley South station to reports of a person who was unwell."
Trains were delayed through Bromley South station after the incident.
The man is thought to have been taken ill on the 7.53am Sevenoaks to Kentish Town service earlier today (February 9).
The train is said to have terminated early at Bromley South station.
Thameslink tweeted that there were delays of around 15 minutes to services, but that trains were still running.
Due to a passenger been taken ill at Bromley South there are delays to services in the area by up to 15mins. Trains are on the move again.
