A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash on the M26 in April which stopped Kent traffic, killing three French tourists.
Juraj Orsula, 45, from Slovakia, has been charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving and three counts of causing serious injury while driving dangerously.
He has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on December 5 and is prevented from leaving the country.
The crash, which happened on April 16 near Dunton Green, Sevenoaks, between M20 Junction 3 and the M25 left two french women, aged 22 and 16, dead at the scene.
Their father, aged 54, died later from his injuries.
Six other motorists were hospitalised following the crash.
