Actors have the chance to star in an Aykbourn play, the autobiographical story of playwright Neil Simon and an interesting character study in Bromley.
Bromley Little Theatre is holding open auditions on Sunday, November 9, for three shows it is hosting early in 2015.

A Chorus of Disapproval is Alan Ayckbourn’s story of an amateur dramatics society rehearsing for the The Beggar’s Opera. Polished singing voices are not required but auditionees must be willing to sing and should bring a song of their choice. Some extras will be needed too.

The show is at BLT from Thursday, March 12 until Saturday, March 21, excluding the Sunday, with performances at 7.45pm.

Brighton Beach memoirs is part of Neil Simon’s autobiographical trilogy at the theatre from Thursday, January 16, to Saturday, January 24, excluding the Sunday, at 7.45pm. The audition is at 5pm and you should contact director Arthur Rochester on 020 82890269 or Arthur.rochester@sky.com

The final audition of the day, at 7pm, is for Simon Stephen’s Harper Regan – the story of a working mum and wife who takes time out of her job and family to visit her dying father – which is at the theatre’s bar from March 26 to 29.
