A Bromley couple have launched an appeal to reunite a lost photo album with its elderly owner.

Pura and Brian Atkinson, of Madeira Avenue, found the digital photo frame in a box at the side of their road on September 9 in the pouring rain.

The pair, who are retired, desperately want to find the lady they believe the Matsui 7-inch frame belongs to and contacted News Shopper to issue an appeal.

Mrs Atkinson, 70, said the box was addressed to a woman named Ann for her 70th birthday.

She told News Shopper: “We had just got out of the car and it was on the pavement in the soaking wet rain.

“We really, really would like this lady to have her present back and I am sure she is heart broken about it being lost.”

She said the photo frame includes pictures of a teenage boy playing the drums.

A message inside a card in the box reads: “Thinking of you on your very special day. Lots of love Ambika, Graham and Phelan.”
