A six-year-old girl was left with injuries to her legs and back after being attacked by a dog at a Plumstead home yesterday (August 31).
Police and the London Ambulance Service were called to Raglan Road at 7.53pm following reports of a Rottweiler dog attacking a child.
The youngster was taken by ambulance to a south London hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
A spokesman for Greenwich police said: "The dog has been seized by police and taken to a local police station kennel.
"No arrests have been made. Enquiries are ongoing."
