An Abbey Wood teenager missing for six weeks could be in Southend-on-Sea, Bexley, Deptford or Ipswich.

Joe McCarthy, 16, was last seen on July 4 in Deptford, police say.

He is described as medium build, 5ft 7 ins tall, with short dark hair. Joe, who has been missing before, was wearing a black top with a hood, black tracksuit trousers and white trainers.

PC Rhianne Trill from Greenwich police said: "Although Joe has been seen by his family and explained that he doesn’t want to come home, both police and his family remain concerned for his welfare."

,,,,,, at least it narrows the search down a little bit, basically S E England, anywhere in Suffolk, Essex, S E London or Kent

If there that concerned why not do a press conference? Because this is the first ive heard of it they obviously don't know where the boy is considering they have named virtually all of the south east!
