Quite correct but it is a nice pub and it has to be the best of the five options. However, an hour wouldn't be quite enough time to enjoy all of its offerings properly. One other plus point (depending on your point of view) is that It's also within easy walking distance of the Waste4Fuel site... another local attraction (not).
